I watched his parents as a little girl 30 years ago.

There is no way I can miss the big event.

I have a feeling I won't mind that alarm going off at 4 am.

{Jacob + Jessica are Married! / Eureka Springs Wedding}

What a beautiful afternoon! Yesterday, Jacob & Jessica exhanged their vows and the breathtaking Crescent Hotel in Eurkea Springs. Thankfully, the rained stayed away and the day was perfect. I met Jessica in the bridal salon as they were wrapping up her make-up. So pretty!

She also reserved the Bridal Salon to get ready in - I loved the soft drinks on a silver platter.

I was completely taken with her flowers........simple Baby's Breath with a beautiful wrap. I absolutely loved them!

Oh! I was so happy to be a part of such a precious evening to celebrate Taylor & Amber's exchange of vows. The ceremony and reception took place at The Stone Chapel at Matt Lane Farms - absolutely beautiful. Here are a few for their sneak peek......

Music plays a very important part of their lives and the night ended with the groom joining a band he plays with in the Fayetteville area. They were awesome! And, it gives me hope that as I sit every Thursday evening and wait as the boys have their piano lessons....that maybe...someday.....{ha!}

Yay! I am beyond happy to be a part of this day! Heather is the sister of the breathtaking bride Jessica and I photographed in July. I feel like I'm cheating as I have had a glimpse into this precious family. Heather and Nathan make a beautiful couple, so they will make my job so easy! I am very much looking forward to our planned "winter" engagement session and we will go all out for Heather's bridals. June 2011 can't get here soon enough!

I'm very excited about this wedding that will take place in Fort Smith church in March of 2011 with the reception being at a beautiful, local country club. I have ideas for that green! Very happy that the two of you chose me to be a part of your incredible day!

It is funny how I fall in love with these couples myself. I had never met Ashley before the day she called me and not until the day we completed her bridal session. But, I can say without reservation that she will always be a dear friend from here on out.

Now, I just get to wait for babies...

{tj & erin are married! / joplin, missouri

Jessica & I spent the day in Joplin shooting a B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L wedding. And, it was absolutely sooooo relaxed! I have no doubt this couple will have a lifetime of happiness; besides the love they have that is completely evident....they possess a true treasure.....a sense of humor & laughter! It was a joy to see!

You would never know it was completely sweltering out there! And....if you notice the beautiful girl {2nd from the bride} that a sister of the bride and I will be photographing her wedding next June. And........the last girl in the line.......another beautiful sister. Stunning!

There is nothing spectacular about this picture in and of itself. A simple shot of banana pudding. But, what I adore about it is that it was the groom's cake! He loves banana pudding (I am suspecting he has since he was a little boy) - so that is what they did. It was perfect!!

It's official! I received the call tonight that I am one lucky girl getting to photograph a super-special day for a girl I love to pieces! Although it is scheduled for 2012 - she is on the calendar. Will see you next week! xoxo!

I had sooooo tried to get this up and loaded before they went on their honeymoon - but, it didn't work.

But, here are a random few from a precious day! I was not shocked when I met Jason - he was as sweet as I imagined he would be. I know that these two have a lifetime of happiness and love ahead of them.

It was a beautiful afternoon and evening. The ceremony took place in downtown Fayetteville with the reception at the beautiful Springdale Country Club. I was very honored to be a small part of such an amazing day!

The "first look" - it was total sweetness. He was at a loss of words for a moment I think as she was so stunning and then, the compliments did not stop. You should see the shots where she "twirled" for him. Perfect.



They were unbelievably happy to see each other!!

The bridal party was such a blast! And, it was evident that they think the world of Jason and Ashley.

We snuck out for just a few minutes during the reception to catch a few in the beautiful sunset. So pretty!
